The twin gods Malaki and Eloria , the dark and light gods, are reflected on Dark Isle by House Loire and House Rau

Darkness and light, not necessarily goodness and evil are in constant competition in the heavens and on the earth.

House Loire follows the Dark God Malaki .

House Loire is looking to recruit men who simply to gain power and wealth beyond their dreams for the simple use of their mind and sword arm..It is men who wish to be more then they are and are also willing to remind peasants of their place..men who can follow their lords orders to the letter no matter what their feelings or the consequences of their actions..

MEN
On entering The Noble House of Loire (or Rau   for that matter) you begin as a ruffian, “level one” and work your way up to various ranks such as warrior, Dragon Warrior and Noble Counselor.

A sword oath to the Lord of the House, Constantine, is expected. And you will quickly advance to warrior level

Once there, you will be lead not only by the Lord but by the Dragon Warrior under whom you are assigned (think squad leader) until such day as you yourself may become a commander.

Once a dragon warrior, the druids give you the tatoo of the dragon, which allows you to change your shape in order to fight the riders of House Rau.

The Noble Counselors are few, only two will ever hold that title at any time.

Only men hold warrior rank and title

WOMEN
On entering The Noble House of Loire (or Rau for that matter) you begin as a scullery maid, “level one” and work your way up to various ranks such as Chamber maid, Ladies Maid and Lady in Waiting.

Once you have shown your worth and loyalty promotion to Chamber maid comes quickly, once the level 4 noble ladies (ladies in waiting) come to trust you and know you, you may be elevated to Ladies Maid.

There will be only two Ladies in waiting from the ranks of Ladies maids, They are the personal servants, confidants and friends of the Lady of the House and would lay down there lives in service to the house. There are times where intrigue and trickery may be called for against House Rau and you may be called into that service.
