meter update

the inital meter has been rezzed in world - levellling will happen in a day or two - this is just an early rezz while we tinker withthe settings.. to use please find a meter rezzer  in the market or the harbour, rezz and attach the meter and then  chose either the warrior or default settings..
as yet neither is different as we clowly bring the system on line to the different levels ect..
